Kimberly Garcia is an accomplished paralegal specializing in personal injury law at P. Garza Law Firm, where she has dedicated the past decade to advocating for clients in need. Born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley, Kimberly graduated from La Joya Senior High before earning a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from South Texas College.

Her journey in the legal field began in 2006 as a legal assistant at a criminal defense and family law firm, where she honed her skills in client communication and case management. She then transitioned into insurance defense, working at a high-volume firm primarily focused on insurance defense. In July 2015, Kimberly found her true passion in personal injury law at P. Garza Law Firm, collaborating closely with Mr. Garza to serve diverse clients effectively and compassionately.

Kimberly's professional achievements include her admission to the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas, as well as her membership in the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA). Her dedication to excellence in her work is reflected in her commitment to ongoing education and professional development in the legal field.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Kimberly enjoys a vibrant family life with her children and three beloved dogs: Sir Winstopher, Lady Piper, and Sir Candide. In her leisure time, she is passionate about trivia, board games, audio dramas, and podcasts, and she enjoys the outdoor challenge of disc golf.
